Job summary

INX International seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee a production department within one of our facilities. You will report to the Production Manager and direct the hourly workforce, coordinating with other Supervisors to maintain smooth operations and meet production goals.

You will apply manufacturing principles such as OEE, Lean, and TPM while directing activities, interpreting reports and ensuring procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing, warehouse and supervisory experience.
• Mechanical skills and knowledge of production processes.
• Excellent math, written, reading and comprehension for reporting and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
• Experience leading and coaching teams to deliver performance metrics.
• Manufacturing principles such as OEE, Lean or TPM.
• Plus SAP Knowledge
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
• Ability to present information to groups
• Proficiency in Spanish, Polish, or sign language
• Manufacturing Program Planning and Coordination
• UV/TP/OSF (Ink) Manufacturing knowledge
• Experience with Inventory Control
• Experience with Change Management

Responsibilities

• Directing, coordinating and planning the activities of a specific production department under master production schedule and hourly workforce.
• Lead a group of up to 15 hourly employees.
• Communicating procedures to all subordinates and ensuring understanding.
• Interpreting statistical reports, cycle time specs and job orders to workers and assigning duties.
