The role oversees hourly staff, drives safety, quality and cost goals, and partners with maintenance, quality and engineering to achieve plant objectives.

Requirements include a high school diploma with 3+ years of operational leadership in manufacturing, plus knowledge of OSHA regulations and SAP/ERP systems.

Qualificações

• High School diploma with 3+ years of operational leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; SAP/ERP familiarity.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, train, and provide direction to production team.
• Plan and schedule equipment utilization for maximum productivity.
• Investigate root causes related to scrap, excursions, quality issues, or incidents.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and process controls.
• Use KPIs to control costs, material usage, downtime and shift functions.
• Submit hours to payroll accurately and timely.
• Share production performance stats with leaders and suggest improvements.
• Prepare labor, material and equipment usage reports.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.
