Job summary

Johns Manville in the United States seeks a Production Supervisor to lead night-shift operations and drive safety, quality and productivity. You will manage a team of about 30 hourly employees, coach daily performance, and ensure safe, efficient production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, shift handoffs, reporting, and maintaining compliance with OSHA. The role offers growth opportunities within JM's global insulation and roofing product lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly production employees to meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals.
• Champion safety and maintain a safety-first culture on the night shift.
• Prepare and cascade production reports and shift-to-shift communications.
• Coordinate training and development to strengthen workforce capability.
• Partner with department leaders to drive operational excellence.
