Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage small work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, unionized manufacturing environment.
• Ensure production plan is met and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, throughput, and cost.
• Lead Kaizen projects focused on Safety, Cost, Quality and Throughput and waste reduction.
• Allocate manpower, train Team Leaders and manage absenteeism.
• Foster safety and ensure use of mandated safety tools and procedures.
