Job summary

Zobility in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead skilled trades in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost initiatives while coaching the team in problem solving and corrective action.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial automation with project management, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Union environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of industrial automation experience with project management.
• Must be able to work any shift and overtime.
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interface with employees from hourly to Senior Leadership.
• Ability to build relationships with plant leadership and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving experience.
• Goal oriented self-starter with leadership to guide teams.
• Ability to coach/mentor skilled trades employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct skilled trades employees to meet maintenance objectives.
• Coordinate safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale initiatives.
• Drive throughput improvements and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Provide coaching and mentoring on problem solving and corrective action.
• Oversee TBM, CBM and DM maintenance concepts.
• Influence KPI, MTBF, MTTR improvements and equipment condition.
• Direct supervision of the Skilled Trades.
• Lead kaizen projects for OEE improvements and waste reduction.
