Job summary

STARPLUS ENERGY LLC in Kokomo, Indiana seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee small teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will ensure safety, train staff, and drive continuous improvement to meet throughput and cost targets.

Responsibilities include maintaining production plans, analyzing losses, and guiding team leads to resolve quality issues while coordinating with cross-functional groups. The role reports to the Line Lead.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally with reasonable notice.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to train and develop teams in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production plan is met and drive continuous improvement within the zone.
• Lead and develop small work teams for safety and productivity.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce required PPE and procedures.
• Analyze quality KPIs, prioritize issues, and guide team leads to resolution.
• Allocate personnel on the line and manage attendance and training.
• Coordinate with broader manufacturing teams to mobilize resources for problem-solving.
