Job summary

Zobility in Kokomo, Indiana is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient production and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the area. You will drive quality, throughput, and cost targets while building strong teams.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple levels of staff. Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is preferred, with flexibility for shift work and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production plan is met and drive continuous improvement activities
• Lead safety initiatives and enforce safety tools and procedures
• Coordinate shifts, allocate manpower and manage absenteeism
• Analyze quality KPIs and guide Team Leaders on issues
• Mobilize resources to support problem solving and kaizen projects
