Job summary

Ace Precision Machining Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and develop a focused production team on the shop floor. You will coach operators, optimize processes and ensure safe, high-quality output that meets customer expectations.

You will guide daily performance, partner with supervision to improve workflows, and uphold manufacturing discipline while enabling skill growth and safe operations across two WI locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with at least three years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, develop, and direct an engaged production team.
• Identify developmental needs and help employees grow skills, knowledge, and confidence.
• Monitor production activities to ensure quality, housekeeping, and safety standards.
• Verify finished products using inspection tools (bore gauges, rail gauges, micrometers).
• Interpret complex drawings, routings, and specifications.
• Analyze work orders and production schedules to plan for efficiency and daily goals.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and management to streamline processes and boost productivity.
• Coordinate with Production Control to schedule work and manage workflow between shifts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field, with minimum three years of supervisory or lead experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential
