Job summary

Crescent is seeking a Line Lead to manage the production line workforce and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient assembly of Finished Goods in a regulated environment. You will train staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with supervisors to meet daily demand and schedule.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality, tracking materials, and driving continuous improvement while adhering to Lean and 5S practices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
• Strong reading and math skills; ability to follow complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe production line operations and ensure safety PPE compliance.
• Train line staff and optimize line workflow with Team/Support staff.
• Schedule and prioritize staffing to meet customer demand and production goals.
• Ensure quality and traceability per cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Identify waste and drive continuous improvement on the line.
