Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years industry experience or training.
• Experience with cylinder fill operations or similar industrial production.
• Forklift operation with certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
• Ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication to customers and employees.
• Experience leading teams in a production environment.
• Must wear PPE and work in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cylinder filling to optimize safe handling and meet customer requirements.
• Perform filling operations per plan with safe start/stop and proper connections/disconnections.
• Monitor parameters and perform tests to ensure quality and quantity; assist with corrective actions.
• Act as first responder in emergencies and uphold safety procedures.
• Manage cylinder handling from unloading to loading, including forklift activity.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures; maintain operation books and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements based on incident analysis and risks.
