Plascore Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor I to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate work to meet production goals with quality and efficiency. You will lead direct reporting employees on a rotating Fri-Sun schedule, with first-shift training for 6–8 weeks.

Responsibilities include overseeing materials, quality checks, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement. The role involves interpreting specs, training staff, and maintaining a safe, clean shop floor.

Qualificações

• Two to three years progressively more responsible experience.
• High school education plus a specialized skill or knowledge obtained through brief training.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and organize daily production and shipping requirements.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and ensure timely orders.
• Train new and existing employees on job requirements and new techniques.
• Enforce safety regulations and interpret company policies.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders; assign duties.
• Create and modify manufacturing instructions; support shop floor lean practices.
• Handle inquiries on order status and contract review promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and pursue continuous improvement.
