Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years direct Supervisory experience or more.
• 5 years direct experience with paint products.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize equipment and manpower to meet daily production requirements.
• Coordinate set-up and process procedures.
• Contact maintenance personnel for necessary equipment repairs.
• Review production sheets and forward information to production control.
• Monitor paint kitchen reports and input data into databases.
• Ensure ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949 compliance and related training.
