Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and safety initiatives to enhance safety, quality and efficiency.
• Oversee employee performance, coaching, counseling and promotions within the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures and laws/regulations.
• Deliver customer product specifications on time and maintain documentation.
