Job summary

Altium Packaging in Verona, Pennsylvania is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and monitor the activities of production personnel and to manage the resources used in manufacturing packaging solutions. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency, with an exempt, 7 day, 12-hour shift pattern.

You will lead by living our Guiding Principles, champion an Always Made Right, Always Made Safe culture, and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead production personnel and monitor activities to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Manage scheduling, training, performance documentation, and coaching for team members.
• Oversee adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide instruction, learning aids, and documentation; act as a change agent to drive process improvements.
