Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a production supervisor to direct and monitor the activities of our manufacturing team focused on packaging solutions. The role requires leadership in safety, quality, and efficiency, with responsibilities spanning planning, scheduling, and budgetary matters.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in leadership, and strong machinery knowledge. A high school diploma is required; an AS degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.
• Computer skills are required to monitor and manage production processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor production personnel and manage resources.
• Lead by example and ensure safety, quality, and timely production.
• Oversee employee performance, training, coaching, and development.
