• Supervise all manufacturing activities during assigned shift.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Manage production personnel, equipment, facility conditions, and production metrics.
• Coordinate with other shift supervisors and senior management.
• Reduce scrap and improve production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.
• Identify root causes of operational problems and implement solutions.
