Role Overview

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations, supervising employees, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining production efficiency, and meeting quality standards, SOPs, and GMP requirements. This position requires hands‑on manufacturing leadership, equipment knowledge, and basic troubleshooting skills.

Key Qualifications

• Manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
