EnviCor Rotomolding LLC in Smithfield, NC is seeking an Operator to safely mold high quality products and support daily manufacturing operations. You will follow safety and operating instructions, maintain a clean work area, perform machine operations and mold changes, load powder, and keep up with cycle times in a team environment.

Ideal candidates are dependable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working in hot conditions.

Competenze

• High school diploma/GED or comparable work-related experience.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Be prompt and dependable.
• Ability to work in hot environment while on your feet.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Capacity to provide, receive and accept feedback.

EnviCor Rotomolding LLC, located in Smithfield, NC, is a molder of recreational goods, water/chemical tanks, industrial products and other exciting finished goods for our industry leading customers.Operators are integral members of our team, responsible for safely molding quality products in an efficient manner. Our customers’ success is dependent upon us. That success is not possible without quality front line team members.

What you will do:

• Read, understand and follow safety and operational instructions
• Maintain work area in a clean and safe manner
• Perform/Assist with machine operations
• Perform/Assist with mold changes
• Load powder, remove molded part from mold
• Keep pace with machine cycle times
• Perform secondary operations with use of power tools

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED or comparable work-related experience
• Experience in plastics manufacturing or supervisory roll a plus but not required (Premium pay potential)
• Be prompt and dependable
• Ability to work in hot environment while on your feet
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
