EnviCor Rotomolding, LLC in Smithfield, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, supervise a production team, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the assigned shift.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment, coordinate with senior management, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Results-driven with focus on meeting production goals.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all manufacturing activities during the assigned shift.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Manage production personnel, equipment, facility conditions, and production metrics.
• Coordinate with other shift supervisors and senior management.
• Reduce scrap and improve production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.
• Identify root causes of operational problems and implement solutions.
• Train and develop production employees.
