Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing and supervision.
• Superior analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work scheduled shift and rotational weekends.

Responsibilities

• Enforces safety and sanitation regulations per food safety guidelines.
• Directs and coordinates production workers (packers, operators, blenders) to meet goals.
• Plans work schedules, assignments, and production sequences.
• Maintains records of attendance and hours worked.
