Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science required (Engineering/science preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing and supervision.
• Superior analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work scheduled shift and rotational weekends.
• Strong communication with all employees and customers.
• Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Enforces safety and sanitation regulations per food safety guidelines.
• Directs and coordinates production workers (packers, machine operators, blenders).
• Plans schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet goals.
• Maintains records of attendance and hours worked.
• Trains employees in equipment operations and safety procedures.
• Drives process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Reads production schedules and related records to determine requirements and outputs.
• Documents records per company policies (HACCP, SOPs, QA plans).
• Oversees and completes production documentation throughout the facility.
