Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in a production/manufacturing environment; with at least two years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a FDA-regulated industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the daily/weekly production schedule based upon direction from the area production managers.
• Oversees the production processes on their assigned shift, coordinating all relevant production activities on the floor.
• Interacts with department management to coordinate all support activities relating to their area.
• Empowers assigned personnel to engage in defining and implementing continuous process improvements.
• Performs root cause analyses and implements corrective and preventative actions.
