• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum of five years experience in a production/manufacturing environment; with at least two years in a leadership role
• Experience in a FDA-regulated industry strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/weekly production schedule and oversee shift production activities.
• Interact with management to coordinate support activities across functions.
• Empower staff to define and implement process improvements.
• Complete deviation investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cGMP standards.
