Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA in Melrose Park, IL is seeking a production supervisor to oversee liquid production personnel and processes. You will coordinate daily/weekly schedules, supervise aseptic filling and capping, and ensure compliance with cGMP and company policies on safety.

The position offers a salary of $80,000 to $100,000 plus a 6% bonus target, comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k) plan with company contributions, paid time off, and opportunities for process improvement through teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience of at least two years.
• Experience in a FDA-regulated industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/weekly production schedule and oversee shift activities.
• Interact with management to coordinate support activities across departments.
• Empower staff to implement continuous process improvements.
• Conduct deviation investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and cGMP requirements.
• Plan staffing and provide training, evaluating performance.
• Support product release through review of batch records.
• Develop and review SOPs and share production data for monthly reports.
• Maintain communication across operations and shifts.
