Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA in Melrose, MA is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage liquid production operations. The role leads a team, coordinates scheduling, and ensures adherence to CGMP, safety and quality standards while aligning with the daily production plan.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least five years in production with leadership experience, and familiarity with FDA-regulated environments. The position offers a competitive salary plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in production/manufacturing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated industry preferred.
• English proficiency required for policies and communications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise liquid production personnel and processes.
• Coordinate scheduling, component prep, filling and capping operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs and cGMP.
• Manage shifts, vacations and staffing coverage.
• Coordinate daily/weekly production schedule with area managers.
• Oversee production processes on assigned shift and coordinate support activities.
• Drive continuous process improvements and lead deviation investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Ensure training is up to date and evaluate staff performance.
• Support product release and maintain SOPs; provide data for monthly reports.
