Job summary

Contemporary Amperex Technology Kentucky LLC (CATK) seeks multiple Production Supervisors to oversee manufacturing operations in the United States. The role focuses on safe, efficient production, quality control, and team leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, meeting targets, mentoring staff, and implementing Lean/5S improvements. Excellent communication and strong leadership are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as Production Supervisor or similar in manufacturing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Familiar with ERP or SAP systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and corrective action skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to maintain full-time in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety.
• Mentor and schedule production team members; conduct training and evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and address employee concerns.
• Implement production plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor metrics and adjust processes for efficiency.
• Maintain quality control and conduct inspections and audits.
• Identify safety hazards and promote a safe workplace.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Apply Lean and 5S practices to boost productivity.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports.
