Job summary

Contemporary Amperex Technology Kentucky (CATK) is seeking multiple dedicated and experienced Production Supervisors to oversee our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key responsibilities include supervising daily activities, meeting targets, mentoring staff, and implementing Lean practices to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Production Supervisor or similar in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with ERP or SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Manage and mentor production team members including scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and promote teamwork.
• Implement production plans and schedules to meet deadlines and budget.
