Job summary

Contemporary Amperex Technology Kentucky (CATK) is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee production planning, materials management, logistics operations, and personnel management. This role drives optimization of production efficiency, cost control, and quality, while leading a team through strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end production planning, materials control, and cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing management role.
• Experience in end-to-end production planning and logistics operations.
• Strong project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Strategic production oversight and long-term capacity planning.
• Manage production demands to align with objectives and customer orders.
• Design and implement a robust materials supply framework.
• Safeguard against shortages and optimize inventory levels.
• Enforce safety protocols across warehouse and logistics operations.
