Production Supervisor - Erlanger, KY
ADM Nutrition
This is a full-time, exempt position.

Position Summary:

Coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet company manufacturing, customer service, financial, and safety objectives. This is a 3rd shift position.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide managerial, technical, and training leadership and support for all manufacturing units.
2. Ensure shift activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines (USDA, Kosher, etc.).
3. Promote safety, sanitation, and organization daily.
4. Understand the operation and flow of all processes and equipment, including the AS400.
5. Prioritize and schedule shift activities and resources to meet daily production goals, ensuring optimal customer service and productivity.
6. Follow up daily on all orders scheduled for shipment.
7. Schedule and ensure training for all Operators as needed.
8. Monitor adherence to Nutrition Personnel Policies and departmental procedures; take corrective actions when necessary; conduct annual performance reviews.
9. Contribute to inventory record accuracy.
10. Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions for quality, yield, and other deviations.
11. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and HACCP procedures.
12. Foster continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives within the Operations group.
13. Communicate night shift manufacturing, quality, safety, and personnel concerns to Department Leaders or Operations Director.
14. Lead emergency or security situations during duty hours.
15. Monitor facility for safety and security concerns.
16. Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in flavor or food manufacturing preferred.
• Supervisory and/or drying, reaction, or compounding experience preferred.
• Outstanding performance as a production operator.
• Self-motivated with a desire for continuous improvement.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Base pay varies based on factors like location, experience, and skills. The pay range is expected to be between $58,100.00 and $108,000.00.
