Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing

Wheels Up is looking for a world-class Aircraft Materials Supervisor in Erlanger, KY to join our team of dedicated professionals, fueled by the most powerful brand in private aviation. Our mission is to democratize private aviation through technology and innovative services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Materials personnel and activities daily.
• Maintain high service levels regarding stockroom operations, inventory, and service response.
• Procure aircraft parts, components, and materials.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control, Technicians, AOMs, Suppliers, etc., on parts status.
• Update and maintain inventory tracking.
• Organize stockroom(s) to high standards.
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts.
• Handle receiving, packaging, and shipping of parts and materials efficiently.
• Conduct incoming inventory inspections per company standards.
• Manage shipment logistics for timely delivery.
• Handle ITAR and hazardous material shipments per regulations.
• Track exchange cores and return to vendors.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Certification:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.

Preferred:

• 5+ years industry experience.
• Customer service orientation.
• Excellent computer skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in changing climate and moderate noise environments.
• Lift up to 70 lbs., and stand or squat for extended periods.

What We Offer

Salary range from $61,000 to $93,000 per year, depending on experience, plus potential annual incentives. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, 401(k), medical/dental/vision insurance, mental health counseling, financial planning, and more.
