Job Title: Respite Clinical Service Manager (Registered Nurse Required)
Location: Sharonville, Ohio
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift | Monday–Friday (36–40 hours/week)
Flex Schedule: Must be available between 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
On-Call Requirement: Every 3rd weekend (Friday–Sunday) + Holiday rotation
Shifts Available: 1st Shift Only

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to step into the role of Respite Clinical Service Manager! This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, organized, and experienced nursing professional to lead a team that provides exceptional care for developmentally delayed residents in a supportive, person-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care, aligned with Medical Director, physician, and Director of Nursing orders.
- Mentor, train, and support nursing staff, promoting a collaborative and skilled care environment.
- Coordinate across departments to meet the needs of both residents and respite guests.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency to maintain top-tier care and satisfaction.
- Assist in staff orientation, training, and ongoing education to ensure compliance and skill development.
- Provide nursing oversight for ICF Respite and Alice House community respite programs.
- Develop and implement ISTs (Individual Specific Training) for respite guests.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring of new nurses for the ICF respite location.
- Plan and implement onboarding and training schedules for new team members.
- Manage payroll, PTO, evaluations, and disciplinary actions for the respite team.
- Create prevention plans for UIs (Unusual Incidents) and MUIs (Major Unusual Incidents), and monitor implementation.
- Travel between multiple locations during the workday as needed.
- On-call responsibilities required.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience as a medical leader, supervisor, or manager required.
- DD (Developmental Disabilities) experience preferred.
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and attention to detail are essential.
- Must pass a skills assessment and demonstrate clinical competency.
