Job summary

District Photo Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will manage daily production, ensure safety, and coordinate with Quality, Shipping, and Production departments to meet goals and deadlines.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and a proven track record supervising 20+ employees in a manufacturing setting; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience, with up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Regularly supervises up to 20+ employees, including hiring, performance evaluations, assigning work, discipline and other HR tasks.
• Demonstrates leadership and a professional demeanor, setting a good example for leads and operators on the plant floor.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting daily production goals, quality standards, and service times while monitoring efficiencies, labor usage, and waste.
• Leads a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that emphasizes quality.
• Drive KPI improvements by identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Develops and implements methods to maximize labor utilization and improve safety compliance.
• Coach and develop team members through training, performance reviews and mentoring.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment and enforce company policies.
