Job summary
Manpower Maine in York, Maine seeks a Production Supervisor to drive safety, quality and team success on 2nd shift. The role is direct-hire with a full benefits package and competitive $70-80k/year pay.
You will lead a production team, ensure safety, quality and on-time production while promoting a safety-first culture. Responsibilities include overseeing lines, coaching staff, meeting schedules, and maintaining equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Manufacturing supervisory experience.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs daily and operate pallet jacks/forklifts.
- Microsoft Office & Excel experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee efficient operation of manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
- Develop and train staff through coaching and mentorship
- Ensure production schedules and efficiency goals are achieved
- Build and lead a cohesive, high-performing team
