Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of manufacturing supervisory experience leading teams of 15+ employees; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs daily, stand for long periods, and operate pallet jacks/forklifts.
• Microsoft Office & Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operation of manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and train staff through coaching and mentorship.
• Ensure production schedules and efficiency goals are achieved.
• Build and lead a cohesive, high-performing team.
• Enforce company policies related to safety, quality, and equipment maintenance.
