Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is hiring a Weekend Production Supervisor for a Gray, Maine client. This hands-on leadership role runs Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a temp-to-hire path to a permanent position and excellent benefits.

You will coach and develop the production team, drive safety, quality and productivity, and tackle on-floor challenges. Strong mechanical/electrical know-how and clear communication are essential to lead by example and sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, team-building, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and support production operations.
• Strong communication, organization, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to lead by example and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
