Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must demonstrate the ability to read, write and communicate the English language.
• Knowledge and hands on experience of computer applications including Microsoft Office and databases is required.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience in a similar industry.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the department and process to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.
• Provide process improvements and recommend solutions for efficiency.
• Instruct and direct work activities of employees in assigned areas.
• Train and develop associates, participate in performance reviews.
• Assist in hiring and new associate orientation.
• Perform administrative duties (Epicor, UKG, etc.).
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor work in progress and communicate with foreman/management.
