Job summary

Bodycote plc is seeking a Production Supervisor based in North Clarendon, VT to lead the department under the Production Manager, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery, while guiding a skilled team in a heavy industrial environment.

You will oversee staffing, train and develop associates, implement process improvements, and coordinate with foremen and management to meet customer specifications, production goals, and company policies, with emphasis on safety and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and databases is required.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience in a similar industry.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Provide process improvements and recommend solutions.
• Instruct and direct work activities of department employees.
• Train and develop associates and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Assist in hiring and new associate orientation.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain data in Epicor and UKG.
• Monitor work in progress and coordinate with foreman and management.
