Job summary

Electrolux Professional Group seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. You will monitor schedules, ensure material readiness, and coordinate with shipping, materials, and sales to address late shipments while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment. Hybrid work options are available with focus on safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; sheet metal environment preferred.
• 4 years supervision experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning desirable.
• Strong communication and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedule to ensure timely shipments.
• Ensure materials are available for day’s production runs.
• Coordinate with shipping, materials, and sales for prompt response to late shipments.
• Maintain optimal work-in-process levels to meet delivery commitments.
• Ensure finished product quality per engineering/ASME/CE specs.
• Supervise, train and motivate subordinates for peak performance.
• Assist shipping with freight claims for shortages or damages.
• Collaborate with purchasing on inventory levels for accessories.
• Coordinate with production control to expedite urgent issues.
• Uphold company standard practices and safety procedures.
