Job summary

Electrolux Group North America is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Springfield, TN to lead a high‑volume production team and drive safety, quality, cost and delivery goals.

You will develop JDS and Skills matrix, conduct performance evaluations, support Continuous Improvement and the Electrolux Management System, and lead line balancing, time studies, SMED and root cause analysis with a focus on developing talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings; write detailed reports; proficient in process improvement.
• Lead and participate in root cause analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns and develops JDS and Skills matrix and creates a positive work environment.
• Ensures effective performance evaluations, counseling, and accurate timecard inputs.
• Supports the Electrolux Management System and CI processes.
• Leads line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving and labor map adherence.
• Supports autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.
