Job summary

Electrolux Group in Springfield, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and develop a factory team. You will focus on daily continuous improvements, prioritize safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery while engaging team members through coaching and skills matrices.

You will drive line balancing, time studies, SMED, root-cause analysis, and ensure effective evaluations and timekeeping. Bachelor’s degree preferred, 3 years leadership in high-volume manufacturing, fluency in Spanish

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in high-volume operations.
• Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed reports.
• Lead and participate in root cause analysis.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.
• Ability to speak Spanish, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns and develops JDS and Skills matrix and creates a positive work environment, fostering open communication and dialogue.
• Ensures effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures, and accurate and timely timecard inputs.
• Supports the Electrolux Management System and implements continuous improvement processes and cost savings.
• Leads line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving and ensures labor map adherence.
• Supports autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.
