Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some college.
• 2-3 years related experience in beverage manufacturing.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate production operations and maintain quality procedures and safety regulations.
• Coach and counsel team members to Carolina Beverage Group standards.
• Enforce plant safety regulations and housekeeping practices.
• Prepare and submit reports as required.
• Maintain safety and quality of products and service.
• Alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
• First point of contact for all hourly employee concerns.
