Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group, LLC in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Production Lead for a full-time day shift on a 12-hour, 7a–7p schedule. The role focuses on tactical execution of day-to-day operations, maintaining a sanitary environment, and developing the team to meet output targets.

You will drive line efficiency, supervise operators, conduct 30/60/90 day reviews, ensure PPE and GMP compliance, and coordinate with Maintenance and Quality to deliver products that meet customer standards.

Responsibilities

• Be on time for shift, download from previous shift, lead pre-shift meeting.
• Ensure materials are staged.
• Maintain line efficiencies above 65%.
• Develop and train operators and the team.
• Conduct 30/60/90 day reviews of new hires.
• Maintain sanitation for the area and monitor PPE/GMP.
• Keep reports on DT and scanning accuracy of Materials and Finished Goods.
• Operate equipment such as Depal, Palletizer, Filler, Pasteurizer/Warmer, Casepacker, Labeler, and others.
• Resolve line issues with other departments as needed.
• Manage recycling/waste streams and monitor yields.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Submit work orders for repairs and ensure CILs are completed.
• Manage Planned Downtime events like CIP and Changeovers.
