Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group, LLC in Mooresville, NC seeks Production Leads to oversee day-to-day operations on a 2-2-3 rotating shift. You will maintain a sanitary work environment and develop your team to consistently meet output goals.

You will train operators, ensure materials are staged, monitor line performance, coordinate with Maintenance and Quality, manage downtime and changeovers, and drive waste reduction to satisfy our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production lines and teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to train and develop operators, and perform 30/60/90 day reviews.
• Must be able to ensure PPE and GMP compliance and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure shift goals are met.
• Ensure materials are staged and maintain sanitation for the area.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate issues from the previous shift.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development planning for operators.
• Monitor DT and scanning accuracy of Materials and Finished Goods.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality to keep machines and packaging customer-ready.
• Manage downtime events, CIPs, and changeovers to minimize DT.
• Prepare and submit repairs/work orders as needed.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
