Carolina Beverage Group, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for nights on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule at our Fort Worth, TX location. You will oversee safety, quality, and daily production targets while coordinating with all departments to maintain a one-team culture.

Responsibilities include leading pre-shift briefings, ensuring GMP compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong leadership and ability to manage on-site operations in a fast-paced facility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example with focus on Safe, Quality Cases.
• Collaborate with all operations departments to ensure a one-team mindset.
• Track key indicators of production team’s performance including safety, efficiency, waste, downtime, labor costs.
• Ensure GMP compliance and safety standards are communicated through training.
• Take appropriate actions to investigate safety concerns to maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure machinery and equipment is well maintained and running safely.
• Provide direction to assist your team with troubleshooting & problem-solving issues as they arise.
• Foster a well-trained and motivated staff by communicating performance expectations; monitoring and appraising performance; coaching and training.
• Schedule and conduct production meetings.
• Attend scheduled training and meetings.
• Lead continuous improvement, TPM, Kaizen and lean projects to maximize profit and minimize cost.
