Starting at $65,000 with pay based on experience; hours are 6:30am-3pm. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and productive teamwork within a growing food manufacturing and logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisor experience or leading a team.
• Ability to maintain safe work environments.
• Leadership: ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
• Planning: think ahead and plan over a 30-day span with action plans.
• Supervision: hiring, retention, performance reviews, coaching and corrective action.
• Measurement of performance to goals and standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accident investigations.
• Maintain proper inventory counts.

• Oversee production team scheduling and workload distribution.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
