Responsibilities include responding to break downs, ensuring pre-ops, starting lines on time, performing preventive maintenance, training operators, and coordinating with maintenance staff while following GMP and safety rules.

• Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to break downs to minimize downtime and keep lines running.
• Keep work area clean and stay in your area unless breaks or approved by supervisor.
• Ensure pre-ops are completed on time for on-time startup.
• Assist the Supervisor in starting lines up on time.
• Ensure proper shutdown and perform scheduled PMs.
• Follow up repairs with tests to verify operation.
• Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor about spare parts inventory.
• Notify changes to machines and downtime to supervisors.
• Follow PM schedules approved by Plant Manager and Supervisor.
• Train operators on key concepts, film changes, and safety measures.
• Work with contractors for training or repairs as needed.
• Follow all company safety rules including GMPs and LOTO.
