Job summary

Our client in Cleveland, OH is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead overnight manufacturing operations. This hands‑on leadership role oversees production, quality, safety, and daily operations across the manufacturing floor while supervising hourly employees.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of safety and quality systems, and availability to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hourly production employees to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Coordinate personnel and equipment to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
• Conduct production and quality audits and address issues through corrective actions.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve operational challenges.
• Train, coach, and develop employees while fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Track production metrics, complete shift documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
