Job summary

S&D Coffee in Concord, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing department on a 12-hour night shift, directing and coaching operators across multiple packaging lines.

You will drive production goals while upholding safety, quality and efficiency, analyze data to guide adjustments, and partner with HR for staffing and training. SOPs, GMPs and inventory control are critical.

Qualifications

• Five years supervisory experience in production environment.
• BA/BS preferred. Associates degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to train on any shift and work any shift as business needs dictate.
• Demonstrated professionalism, good work ethic and leadership skills.
• Sound math and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate personnel.
• Strong initiative, ability to anticipate issues proactively.
• Intermediate computer skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook and AS400.

Responsibilities
