Job summary

Ilocatum, a food manufacturing company, is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operations in Rocky Mount, NC. This full‑time, on‑site role covers first, second, and third shifts, leading a team of 15–25 employees to meet safety, quality, and production goals.

You will coach and develop staff, manage staffing and shift handoffs, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining GMPs and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a food manufacturing setting, bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to support shift needs and production scheduling.

• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$86K + 5% bonus opportunity
