Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for its bakery operation. This on-site role oversees a team of 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts.

The candidate will lead daily production activities, coach staff, ensure food safety and quality, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues. Growth opportunities exist within a supportive supervisory team.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold staff accountable.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.

Qualifications:

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$86K + 5% bonus opportunity
